The FW-9 230 volt offers quicker recovery time than the 120V model.  You can do two funnel cakes at a time and  approx 40/per hour.

When you add oil, you must not pour until the oil temperature reaches 375 degrees once again. Just because there is space to cook, doesn't mean the oil is hot enough to cook. If you want to do funnel cakes, find a way to secure the correct amount of electricity or LP Gas and use the appropriate fryer - there's too much to gain!
